Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Assisted Living and a traditional Nursing Home?

Our Assisted Living community is designed for seniors who want to maintain their independence but need a little help with daily activities—such as meal preparation, medication management, or personal hygiene. Unlike a traditional nursing home, which focuses primarily on intensive medical care, we offer a vibrant, home-like environment centered on social connection, autonomy, and personalized support whenever it's needed.

Before moving in, our care team conducts a comprehensive assessment in collaboration with the resident, their family, and their physician. Based on this, we create a customized Care Plan tailored to their physical, medical, and emotional needs, which we review periodically to adapt as their needs change.

Absolutely! We want our residents to feel right at home. We strongly encourage them to bring their own furniture, family photos, decor, and cherished keepsakes to create a cozy, familiar space.

Yes, safety and well-being are our highest priorities. We have trained staff on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, along with emergency call systems in every apartment and common area to ensure immediate support whenever it’s needed.

Our licensed nurses and certified caregivers oversee, administer, and coordinate prescriptions directly with the pharmacy to ensure every resident receives the correct medication, at the right time, with the precise dosage.

We offer three chef-prepared meals daily, made with fresh, wholesome ingredients. Our menus easily accommodate special dietary needs—such as low-sodium, diabetic-friendly, or modified texture diets—under the guidance of a nutritionist.

There is never a dull day here! We offer a full calendar of daily activities, including gentle fitness classes, cognitive stimulation games, art workshops, live music, local outings, and social celebrations to foster connection and emotional well-being.

Of course! This is your loved one’s home. We have flexible visiting hours, and families are always welcome to join us for meals, participate in events, or celebrate special occasions together.
